With over 25 years of legal expertise, Ms. Aranovich has established herself as a distinguished Outside General Counsel, providing comprehensive legal counsel to companies ranging from multinationals to startups across diverse industries, including Pharmaceutical, Apparel, Construction, Beauty, Supply Chain, and Food.

As an attorney her practice has always been focused on business and intellectual property law. She also has a background in Business and Marketing . This diverse background allows her to adopt a holistic business approach, guiding clients beyond legal considerations to achieve their broader business goals.

Originating her legal career in Brazil, Ms. Aranovich founded Aranovich Law Firm, PC in Los Angeles in late 2016. Licensed in both Brazil and the United States (CA, D.C), she boasts a prolific litigation history with over 200 cases and has drafted an impressive portfolio of more than 2,000 contracts.

In addition to her legal practice, Ms.Aranovich is an author and speaker. She has contributed four chapters in books writing about IP and AI, authored articles for legal journals, and is frequently invited to speak on Business Law, IP, and AI in the USA and abroad.

Beyond her legal expertise, Ms. Aranovich has dedicated substantial time to non-profit work. Her roles include managing the Brazil California Chamber of Commerce, chairing the Business and International Lawyers Committees of the Beverly Hills Bar Association, directing the Copyright Society of United States LA Chapter, and serving as Director of Marketing for the International Law Journal for the California Lawyers Association. Notably, she held a position as a Female Advisory Board Member for Lamborghini. She has also received an award from the Board of Governors of the Beverly Hills Bar Association in 2019, acknowledging her significant role in the organization’s growth.

Ms. Aranovich continues to blend her legal acumen with a passion for community involvement and education setting a high standard for excellence in the legal and non-profit sectors.
